Jumeirah Group is seeking a Senior Manager - Brand Strategy to shape and execute the global brand strategy, lead cross functional projects across regions, and drive openings, renovations and repositioning, reporting to the Executive Director. The role covers brand architecture, identity systems and sub-brand frameworks, plus managing agencies and aligning PR, marketing, digital, operations, F&B, design, sales and L&D while monitoring brand health through consumer insights. Ideal candidates have 5-8 years in luxury brand strategy or marketing, a bachelor’s in marketing or business with MBA desirable, and strong storytelling in a matrix environment.
