The Senior Manager, Creative Services is responsible for leading the Design & Creative Services team to produce and deliver Best Practice Design, Digital & Video Content, Print collateral, Advertising, Copy and Marketing Communications for Qantas Loyalty and its businesses. This role will lead, manage and mentor the Design & Creative Services team, ensuring the on time, on budget, creation and production of best practice digital and print creative to maximise customer engagement, optimisation, brand recognition and the business and strategic outcomes of Qantas Loyalty.
This role will provide expert advice re optimisation of Design, Digital, Video, Print, Advertising and Content strategies to answer underlying member needs, to drive member engagement, to maximise exposure of the brand and to deliver the strategic business outcomes of Qantas Loyalty. This role is also responsible for upholding and overseeing the use of the Qantas and Qantas Loyalty Brand, providing advice to, and approval of all Qantas Loyalty commercial partners on co-branded collateral and communications before they go to market
This role will liaise with Qantas Loyalty Executive Management, Heads of and external stakeholders to provide strategic, Best Practice Design & Creative advice and planning as well as manage relationships with external Design, Copy, Digital, Video, Content, Print and Advertising agencies / suppliers.
