The Senior Manager, Crew Experience & Enablement, provides strategic leadership on how crew hear from and talk to corporate teams, and the way crew we develop and support crew, for a geographically dispersed cabin crew workforce of approximately 7,000 employees. You’ll drive an aligned agenda across training, recruitment, communications and engagement, and support processes - ensuring crew experience initiatives deliver meaningful frontline impact.
Working within a complex stakeholder environment, you will align cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent and integrated approach. The role focuses on setting direction, influencing outcomes, and embedding key priorities across the cabin crew ecosystem, while maintaining a strong connection to the frontline to inform improvements.
You will have oversight of the Cabin Crew Support Team, and will work closely with operational leaders and partner functions to ensure crew are engaged, empowered and equipped to deliver safe, consistent and customer-focused service.
