Lumi is seeking a Senior Manager Enterprise Risk & Compliance to lead the design and embedding of Lumi’s ERM Framework in Sydney, onsite, full-time. You’ll own risk taxonomy, appetite statements, KRIs, risk registers and reporting cadence with integration to the Risk Committee and Board; provide strategic oversight of Fraud and AML/CTF risks; design a risk based internal assurance program; advise senior leaders across Commercial, Credit, Product, Tech and Operations; deliver board ready risk reporting and act as Secretary to the Board Risk Committee; mentor the team and help foster a proactive risk culture while contributing to the regulatory roadmap. Requirements: proven senior ERM/compliance in fintech or FS; AML/CTF exposure; internal audits and risk assessments; strong stakeholder engagement; board level reporting; excellent analytical and organizational skills; proactive self starter.
