Purpose: 

As a Senior HR Manager, you will partner with business leaders and employees across the assigned business area to create a positive and high-performing employee experience. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic and practical HR support while driving talent, development, organizational effectiveness, and change initiatives that enable business success. Alongside supporting a defined business area, you will lead and contribute to local and functional HR projects, turning people strategy into actions that strengthen leadership capability, employee engagement, and organizational performance.We are currently hiring for multiple Senior Manager HR opportunities across several business areas, including Global Brands, Europe Central, and Workplaces, with both permanent and temporary (18 months) positions available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted HR partner to leaders, managers, and employees, providing guidance on people-related topics, policies, and processes.
  • Coach and support leaders to make informed decisions on performance, engagement, talent, development, and employee relations matters.
  • Support the implementation and execution of the People Strategy within your area of responsibility.
  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives, including organizational design and change management activities.
  • Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to identify and implement solutions that strengthen organizational capabilities and workforce planning.
  • Use people data, insights, and analytics to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive business outcomes.
  • Build diverse talent pipelines and support succession planning for critical and management positions.
  • Drive talent development initiatives that strengthen leadership capability and prepare future leaders.
  • Ensure HR programs, processes, and people initiatives are effectively deployed and adapted to meet business needs.
  • Provide timely and pragmatic support to managers and employees on a wide range of people matters.
  • Lead or contribute to regional HR projects and employee engagement initiatives across Central Europe, Brands and Workplaces.
  • Build capability among leaders by providing guidance and support on performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, development, workforce planning, wellbeing, and health & safety topics.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong HR generalist expertise, including employee relations, organizational design, change management, talent management, and performance management.
  • Good understanding of workforce planning, people analytics, and HR best practices.
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical people solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Experience coaching and influencing leaders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management, planning, and execution skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to support decision-making.
  • Collaborative approach with a strong focus on customer service and employee experience.
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and driving change.
  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken); German language skills are highly preferred.

 
Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • +5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within an international and matrixed organization.
  • Proven experience partnering with business leaders and driving people initiatives that support business objectives.
  • Experience leading or contributing to organizational change, talent, and development initiatives.
