Job Overview: 

As a Senior Manager – HR Business Partner (Emirati Nationals), you will partner closely with leadership teams to deliver proactive, data-driven HR solutions. You will play a key role in workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and change management, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives

  • Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning

  • Drive talent reviews, leadership development, and capability-building initiatives

  • Oversee the performance management cycle and support managers on development and performance matters

  • Champion employee engagement, inclusion, and a high-performance culture

  • Support business transformation and change initiatives, including restructuring and integration

  • Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies

  • Leverage HR analytics to provide insights on workforce trends and inform decision-making

  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (TA, Total Rewards, L&D) to ensure seamless delivery of HR programs

  • Lead, mentor, and develop HR team members

About you: 

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

  • UAE National, fluent in Arabic & English

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred

  • 5 years of progressive HR experience, including in a HR leadership role

  • Strong experience partnering with senior leaders and driving strategic HR initiatives

  • Solid background in employee relations, organizational development, and talent management

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to influence decisions

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
