You’ll manage automation engineers, blend RPA with AI/ML and GenAI, and deliver end‑to‑end, production‑ready solutions that boost member experience and efficiency. Own the roadmap, drive reusable patterns, ensure governance, and align with Azure, Databricks, and core systems like T24 and CRM. Lead UiPath and Power Automate and partner with Product, Operations, Risk, and IT. Requirements: 10+ years, strong product mindset, API/integration, Python/C#/SQL, stakeholder management; hybrid work from BC or Ontario.

Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
As the Senior Manager, Intelligent Automation & Orchestration, you will lead the enterprise automation capability while evolving it into a product‑driven, AI‑enabled orchestration function. The role expands beyond traditional RPA to drive end‑to‑end orchestration across AI CoE pods (Automation, Applied ML, and GenAI), enabling integrated solutions that are user‑centric, production‑ready, and reusable across the organization.
You will lead a team of automation engineers and drive the integration of RPA, AI/ML, and GenAI capabilities to deliver scalable, user‑centric solutions that improve member experience, operational efficiency, and decision quality. The incumbent applies a product management lens to automation capabilities—owning prioritization, roadmap, and value realization—and plays a key role in establishing standardized delivery patterns, platform alignment, and governance practices that support scalable AI adoption.

What You’ll Earn:
This role offers a salary range of $141,100 to $190,900 per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
