BlueScope is hiring a Senior Manager – Internal Audit for ANZ to lead the internal audit program within the Assurance & Risk function across Australia and New Zealand, reporting to the Head of Assurance & Risk. Based in Sydney (Mascot) or Melbourne (CBD), this full-time onsite role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, shaping audit plans, risk-based engagements and board-ready insights that strengthen governance and internal controls across manufacturing and supply chain operations. You’ll excel if you have experience leading audit programs in complex environments, familiarity with co-sourced or hybrid delivery, strong governance capability and a CA or accounting degree with data skills. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, leading the ANZ internal audit program while partnering with executive leaders to provide independent, risk-based assurance and insights that support better business outcomes. You will help shape assurance priorities, identify emerging risks, and deliver meaningful recommendations that strengthen organisational performance and resilience.
