We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead Manufacturing Equipment, MRO and CAPEX sourcing across EUKEM, TRWW, UKI, with ownership of selected global supplier relationships. This is a high‑impact role supporting Supply Chain and Manufacturing as part of ELC’s Beauty Reimagined transformation located in Wollerau, Switzerland.
What you will do:
- Lead regional and global sourcing strategies for SC Manufacturing-related indirect spend (IFM, CAPEX, MRO)
- Drive 3–5% YOY cost savings across OPEX and COGS
- Own RFX processes, contract negotiations and supplier performance management
- Partner closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Engineering leaders
- Contribute to global category strategy and digital procurement initiatives (e-sourcing, guided buying, AI-enabled sourcing)
- Lead supplier risk mitigation and compliance with ELC Procurement policies
- Your scope: ~$98M regional annual spend; ~$30M global spend
- 1 direct report, strong matrix leadership
What we are looking for:
- 8+ years Procurement experience (SC / Manufacturing / FM / CAPEX / MRO)
- Strong strategic sourcing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience operating in complex, global environments
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- CPSM or CIPS preferred
- Fluent English; German is a plus
