Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts
  • Provide proactive legal advice on day-to-day business operations, commercial decisions, and risk mitigation
  • Manage and support commercial litigation, disputes, and external counsel coordination
  • Act as a trusted business partner, working closely with cross-functional and regional stakeholders
  • Drive strong stakeholder engagement and alignment across multiple business functions and geographies
  • Work closely with business teams to enable commercially sound and legally compliant outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, internal policies, and governance frameworks
  • Support contract lifecycle management processes, including use of CLM tools and digital signature platforms

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills in a commercial environment
  • Ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives and provide practical, solution-oriented advice
  • Proactive with a strong “getting things done” attitude and sense of ownership
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive matters to closure with minimal supervision
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate, influence, and partner effectively with business teams
  • Ability to handle high volumes of work and perform under pressure
  • Experience in managing disputes and coordinating litigation strategy
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and digital contracting tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across senior business stakeholders
