Redcare Pharmacy is hiring a Senior Manager Logistics (m/f/d) to shape and scale its Sevenum warehouse operations under a Dutch employment contract. You will lead end-to-end logistics for multiple areas, manage up to 300 indirect employees, and drive KPI-based performance, safety, quality, and cost targets, using Lean and continuous improvement. You’ll ensure ISO 9001 and GDP compliance, partner on logistics projects, and report transparently to the Associate Director Logistics. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of senior logistics leadership, strong KPI discipline, fluent English and German, and a proven ability to develop leaders.
