Senior Manager of Smart Cockpit Products/智能座舱产品资深经理慕尼黑全职智能座舱板块职位描述1. Conduct in-depth industry, competitor, and user research in overseas markets, accurately capturing industry trends and competitor dynamics. Identify and analyze international user needs, aligning them with the business strategy to develop clear product planning and objectives.
2. Deeply understand user experience and manage the full product requirements analysis, design, and implementation process. Oversee product acceptance for the international cockpit version and ensure achievement of quantitative product and experience goals through metric tracking.
3. Leverage overseas base advantages and effectively utilize native speakers to conduct product localization reviews (e.g., interface elements, minor language adaptation for voice functions), ensuring product accuracy and optimal user experience across different language environments.
4. Collaborate closely with R&D, design, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch.

2、深度理解用户体验,跟进产品需求分析,设计、落地,对国际版座舱进行整体产品验收,通过指标搭建、量化产品和体验目标达成情况,对结果负责;
3、利用海外base 优势,有效利用当地母语者资源进行产品本地化(如界面范围、小语种语音效果)的产品走查验收,确保产品在不同语言环境下的准确性和用户体验;
4、与研发、设计、市场营销等部门紧密合作,确保产品从概念到上市的全流程顺利进行。职位要求1. Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Internet, Intelligent Automotive, or related fields.
2. Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a product manager for consumer-oriented (C-end) products; experience in intelligent cockpits or related fields is preferred.
3. Language Skills: Proficiency in English with fluent communication skills for seamless collaboration with overseas teams. Proficiency in one or more additional languages is a plus.
4. Skill Requirements: Familiarity with user experience design and product management processes, strong analytical abilities, and keen market insight.
5. Personal Qualities: Strong sense of innovation, high self-motivation, exceptional cross-cultural communication skills, and a collaborative spirit.
