Rest is seeking a Senior Manager to partner with the Head of Operational Risk and Compliance to design and run the risk management framework for Investments. You will lead key risk activities, strengthen risk culture, own Obligations Management, and ensure compliance, incident and controls reporting across funds under management of around $100 billion. You’ll need extensive risk and compliance experience in financial services, ideally investment management or super, a proven ability to influence stakeholders as a trusted advisor, and a commercial approach to risk. Highlight concrete outcomes, cross function collaboration with second line, and familiarity with risk tools. In this role you will work with the Head of Operational Risk and Compliance to develop, implement, maintain and monitor the Rest risk management framework across Rest’s investment function, demonstrating and embodying a sound risk culture practices.
Supporting the Head of as second in command, this role will be important in helping deliver the agenda for the Risk team, step into leadership capacity as needed, while contributing to the broader Investments function.
