As Senior Manager, SaaS & IoT Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and growth of Alsense®, Danfoss’ cloud-based digital platform supporting food retail and refrigeration customers across North and Latin America. Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and the successful delivery of connected digital services.
You will lead a regional team responsible for service delivery, technical operations, and customer escalations, helping customers maximize value from their connected solutions while driving continuous improvements across our platform and support processes.
Working closely with colleagues in Product Management, R&D, Sales, and Hardware, you will help shape the future of our digital offerings by ensuring new capabilities are deployed successfully, operationally ready, and supported at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead a high-performing regional operations team to deliver reliable platform services and exceptional customer experiences across North America and Latin America.

Drive resolution of complex technical issues and customer escalations, partnering across functions to restore service quickly and identify root causes.

Build strong customer relationships through operational reviews, workshops, and strategic discussions that improve adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success.

Optimize operational processes, reporting, and performance management to increase transparency, efficiency, and service quality.

Collaborate with Product, R&D, Sales, and implementation teams to ensure successful customer onboarding, scalable deployments, and production readiness of new platform capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- Experience leading technical operations, service delivery, or customer support teams within a SaaS, cloud, or IoT environment.
- Strong expertise in incident management, escalation handling, and cross-functional problem solving.
- Knowledge of networking and connectivity concepts, including VPNs, routing, and connected device environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems across hardware, edge devices, networks, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust with customers and internal teams across multiple regions.
Salary Range Disclaimer: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. The range for this position is $110,000 to $135,000.
