About the Role

Honeywell UOP is expanding in region, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Sales Manager to help drive the next phase of growth across our world-leading portfolio of Low Carbon Energy, Refining and Petrochemical Process Technologies.

This is a senior, externally facing role and a primary customer interface, responsible for developing new business, building executive relationships, and closing complex, high value technology and project opportunities across Australia and the wider APAC region.

  • Develop and strengthen senior level relationships with customers deploying Honeywell UOP technologies
  • Lead regional UOP project business development activities from early engagement through to contract execution
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new sales opportunities through consultative and cross selling approaches
  • Lead opportunity assessment and governance processes, including NDA, project evaluation, risk, credit, and compliance reviews
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Proposal and Global Business Development teams to shape winning strategies
  • Serve as Honeywell’s ambassador across the APAC marketplace, including with EPCs, regulators, joint venture partners, and industry bodies
  • Represent Honeywell UOP at conferences, industry events, and executive forums
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in business development, project sales, or technology driven roles
  • Proven success navigating complex, long cycle project/technology sales environments
