SEHA is seeking a Senior Manager - Services to own Rafed’s client accounts in the commercial division, reporting to the Director: Account Management. The role centers on managing key healthcare clients, achieving budgets, and serving as the single point of contact for DOH and other stakeholders, while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. You will handle contracts, KPI reporting, strategic partnerships, and special projects, with a focus on revenue growth and long term relationships. Ideal candidates have 5-8 years in healthcare, familiarity with pharma or medical consumables, strong leadership and negotiation skills, English required with Arabic preferred, and solid Excel and ERP experience. Job Purpose
This position is responsible for account management of Rafed’s client under commercial division and reporting to Director – Account Management. The key responsibilty of this position is to manage key clients of the organisation and maintain a strong relationship. The position holder is expected to achieve budgets and strategic targets provided for the client. Additionally, the role requires to be the lead point of contact for all client matters, anticipate client’s needs, coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality delivery of product and services to our customers.
