In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering strategic operations technology programs and transformation, you’ll play a critical role in transforming the way Transport’s network is operated through technology.
This role will see you lead the TMC Strategic Delivery portfolio, guiding the development and delivery of complex multi-year transformational programs from initiation through to execution. You’ll drive strategic alignment, governance, and roadmap development, while influencing senior decision-making and ensuring programs deliver meaningful outcomes for customers, operations, and the organisation
You will lead and shape strategic delivery outcomes, finding opportunities to create greater alignment, value, and long-term impact in a complex, high-stakes environment with competing priorities and enterprise-wide dependencies.

Your strategic thinking, portfolio leadership, and stakeholder engagement capability, built across technology, infrastructure, or large-scale transformation environments, will see you navigate complexity, influence investment decisions, and drive coordinated delivery across multiple programs to achieve sustainable outcomes.
You’re recognised as a credible and influential leader, skilled at bringing clarity to complexity and aligning diverse stakeholders, and experienced in leading strategic portfolios, driving governance, and delivering large-scale transformation programs in complex organisational environments.
