NIQ is seeking a Senior Market Controller for Switzerland to own statutory and US GAAP accounting, lead the local controllership function for the POC, and ensure accurate reporting across US GAAP, accruals, reconciliations, closing and consolidation. You will oversee Procure-to-Pay, intercompany transactions, tax accounting and statutory reporting, drive SOX control maturity, coordinate with Group Controller and regional Centers of Excellence, and serve as the main point of contact for internal audits and external auditors. Ideal candidates hold a finance degree and a recognized qualification (CA, ACCA, ACMA), have SAP and MS Office proficiency, and are fluent in English plus German or French. Onsite in Root, CHF 112,700–170,500. Your Responsibilities
As Market Controller Switzerland (m/f/d), you will be responsible for statutory accounting and US GAAP accounting for Switzerland. In this key role, you will work closely with local and international Finance teams as well as other business functions to ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements.

Compensation
The annual gross salary range for this position is between CHF 112,700 and CHF 170,500. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant professional experience, qualifications, skills, and internal compensation structures. We are committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity and make compensation decisions based solely on objective, gender-neutral criteria.
In addition, this position may be eligible for variable compensation, such as a performance-based or sales-related bonus.
