What you'll do

 

The Senior Market Manager will be responsible for developing and executing localized marketing strategies and GTM campaigns to maximize market penetration in communities. This strategic role requires deep expertise in community marketing, partnership management, and 360 strategy execution.

 

 

Holistic 360 Market Approach:

  • Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies
  • Ensure unification and prioritization of all products (wireline and wireless)
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing strategies
  • Coordinate 360 approach with all stakeholders

 

Personalized Market Approach and Cultural Alignment:

  • Lead market selection and local activation
  • Organize and manage localized events
  • Create and execute localized partnerships in 360 approach
  • Develop social mission and omnichannel strategies

 

Community Engagement and Influence:

  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies
  • Manage communications and influencer strategies
  • Create and execute community activation plans
  • Develop local social media strategies

 

Go-to-Market Strategy and Cross-Departmental Initiatives:

  • Execute network delivery go-to-market strategy
  • Ensure cross-departmental links (government relations, etc.)
  • Lead cross-departmental initiatives to drive acquisition

 

Customer Journey - Marketing:

  • Develop end-to-end integrated customer journey for communities
  • Manage pre and post-acquisition customer journey
  • Optimize customer experience in communities

 

Qualifications


What you bring

 

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, commerce, or related field
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales channel management or strategic marketing
  • At least 3 years in leadership role
  • Deep knowledge of Quebec/Ontario market and its commercial and cultural specificities
  • Experience in partnership management

 

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with sales analysis platforms and channel performance
  • Project management skills and commercial deployment methodologies
  • Knowledge of go-to-market strategies and multi-channel marketing
  • Financial analysis and profitability modeling capability

 

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
  • Leadership and ability to influence and motivate external partners
  • Strategic and analytical thinking with commercial orientation
  • Adaptability and change management in a dynamic environment
