Grundfos is hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator, DBS Americas, full-time onsite in Brookshire, TX with a hybrid option, to develop sales enablement content, manage Marketo and Adobe Experience Manager, and coordinate campaigns across the Americas. You’ll support field sales, maintain assets, and help drive branding. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5+ years in B2B content, email automation, and design, with AEM and Marketo proficiency, strong English communication, and a marketing degree or equivalent; cross-cultural experience and multimedia skills are a plus. Emphasize measurable outcomes, a strong portfolio, and cross-functional collaboration, and tailor your resume to sales enablement and asset management, showing how you translate technical product info into clear visuals. Eligible to work in the U.S. and comfortable with a hybrid setup.

Are you passionate about creating compelling marketing content that empowers sales teams and drives brand growth across the Americas? Then join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing quality of life for people.

As our new Senior Marketing Coordinator, DBS Americas, you will be developing and delivering sales enablement content, managing digital platforms, and partnering across teams to build Grundfos brand awareness and drive revenue growth for our Domestic Building Services division.

You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.

You will follow a hybrid work model based in our office in Brookshire, TX.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the DBS Americas Marketing team, you'll create impact by creating high-impact marketing content and campaigns that drive product awareness, strengthen partner relationships, and accelerate revenue growth across the Americas region.

Your main responsibilities are to:

  • Design, develop, and deliver product sales enablement content, including partner co-branded materials, event collateral, and promotional emails through Marketo.
  • Manage and publish digital content through Adobe Experience Manager, owning local website pages and live copy rollouts.
  • Maintain internal and external marketing material libraries, Partner Portal assets, and toolkits — keeping content current and accessible.
  • Support global campaign rollouts and regional branding initiatives, including new branding delivery across multiple formats and media.
  • Coordinate procurement and delivery of print and promotional items for campaigns, product launches, tradeshows, and customer events.
  • Support field sales with day-to-day content needs, fulfilling partner requests and assisting with social media content creation.

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a detail-oriented marketing professional with content management, email automation and graphic design skills, B2B content development experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. We would also imagine that you have:

  • A degree/diploma in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in content management, email automation, and/or graphic design and B2B marketing campaign development.
  • Proven proficiency with content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager) and/or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to collaborate across a matrix organization.

It is a plus if you also have:

  • Experience with photography, video production, motion graphics, or web design.
  • Cross-cultural experience and comfort working with global teams.
  • Ability to grasp technical product information and translate it into clear visual content.

Why you will love working here

We care! Day to day, you can look forward to:

  • A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours, home working opportunities and parental support.
  • Annual bonuses, health insurance and a strong focus on well-being activities.
  • Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering in your community.
  • Access to on-demand training and learning sessions and carefully structured programs to pursue personal and professional development opportunities.
