This role focuses on leading and coordinating SEHA’s marketing and communications efforts, including planning campaigns, events, advertising, and promotional activities while supporting the launch of new services. It involves working closely with internal teams to develop strategies, ensure alignment, and maintain consistent messaging. The position is heavily centered on brand management—upholding SEHA’s brand identity, enforcing guidelines, and protecting its integrity—while also identifying opportunities to enhance brand visibility. Additionally, it includes overseeing market research to inform decision-making, developing annual marketing plans and budgets, and ensuring cost-effective execution. The role also emphasizes collaboration with facility-level teams, strengthening stakeholder relationships, supporting digital and event initiatives, and fostering a motivated, high-performing team environment.
- Plans, organizes, and coordinates: project related events, campaigns management; advertising, promotional activities, marketing materials and marketing research
- Collaborates with the Corporate Marketing and Communication Manager and all concerned colleagues on developing material, plans, etc for the launch and marketing of new services
- Maintains a close awareness of best practice and industry standards in the different functional areas, and develops the department towards these benchmarks.
- Oversees the development of and gathering of relevant market reasearch and data to assist in rendering decision useful information in relation to marketing and communications strategies
- Manages the SEHA brand identity and guildelines and develops SEHA’s marketing and branding policy
- Establishes, promotes and protect the brand integrity of SEHA
- Ensures that all users of the SEHA brand are monitored for compliance with brand use guidelines
- Seeks opportunities to promote the brand
- Reacts swiftly and decisively in cases where the brand is treatened or compromised.
- Collaborate with senior event and sponsorhip officer with the execution of all exhibitions and events and ensuring complainece with SEHA’s brand and strategy
- Collaborate with the digital marketing manager and developing digtial plans and content.
- Ensures staff are motivated, developed and managed so that individual and collective performance meets the needs of SEHA’s patients and stakeholders.
- Formulates, manages and coordinates SEHAs annual marketing strategies/plans and submits for approval to senior management.
- Develops and manages a cost-effective, appropriate marketing budget and ensures delivery of all marketing activities within the approved budget.
- Collaborates with the marketing teams at the facility level, and supports the coordination and alignment of the Facilities marketing plans with overall SEHA strategies
- Holds regular marketing and communication group meetings with HCFs to maintain open communication
- Establish strong relationships with all SEHA HCFs marketing teams to encourage a spirit of hospitality and group team spirit / comradeship, utilizing similar standards and messages in communication
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related field required
Desired: Master’s degree in Marketing or Masters of Business Administration preferred; or 10 or more years of relevant healthcare experience
