Robinhood is seeking a Senior Marketing Program Manager to scale its events across Marketing, Creative, Legal and Compliance. This role demands 8+ years in program or project management, preferably in high-velocity events marketing. The PM will coordinate internal workstreams, facilitate meetings, manage asset timelines, lead Legal and Compliance submissions, own QA and retros, and partner with product MPMs to ensure proper product storytelling. We are seeking a Senior Marketing Program Manager to join the Marketing team at Robinhood and help scale our Events initiatives. This is a crucial role for enhancing and scaling our marketing capabilities — ensuring that our marketers, producers, creatives, and agency partners are set up for success in delivering the best work possible for our customers!
As a Senior Marketing Program Manager, you will manage internal workstreams across Marketing, Creative, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure cohesion. You will facilitate meetings, oversee asset timelines, lead Legal and Compliance submissions, and support reporting and retrospectives to improve execution over time.
This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA or New York, New York offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
