BridgeBio is seeking a Senior Medical Director International for Skeletal Dysplasia to lead the European regional medical strategy, drive launches, and translate cutting edge science into impactful clinical plans that benefit patients. In a global matrix you will partner across Medical, Clinical Development, Commercial, Regulatory and Market Access to shape evidence generation, engage healthcare professionals and patient groups, and inform education and lifecycle strategy. The ideal candidate has 7 plus years in regional medical affairs, launch and publications experience, rare disease expertise with Skeletal Dysplasia preferred, a life sciences or medical degree, and English fluency. Expect travel of 30 to 50 percent, office based in Zug with 2 to 3 days onsite weekly, and a strong emphasis on cross functional collaboration and impact. As Senior Medical Director International for Skeletal Dysplasia, you will play a pivotal role in advancing BridgeBio’s Skeletal Dysplasia pipeline across Europe. You will operate at the scientific forefront of rare disease innovation, translating cutting-edge science into impactful medical strategies that support successful launches and long-term patient benefit.
In this regional role, you will serve as a trusted scientific and strategic partner across regions and functions, shaping how we engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs), patient organizations, and other stakeholders in rare diseases. You have a proven track record of working in rare diseases on a regional level, combining strong scientific credibility with strategic mindset and execution excellence.
