Napco National is seeking a Senior Merchandiser to manage point of sale materials, planograms, pricing, and inventory across its Dubai operations. The role requires hands on execution in stores and warehouses: installing POS materials, translating competitive feedback into action with Key Account Specialists, guarding shelf integrity and cleanliness, managing weekly returns with proper documentation, counting and reconciling returns, coordinating with drivers for fast deliveries, and ensuring all products are represented on shelves within shelf rent agreements. You will run monthly POS inventories, verify shelf prices, and maintain accurate customer cards and vendor lists for reorders. Job Responsibilities & Tasks Duties include but are not limited to 

 Install POS materials in an effective manner 

 Implements competition feedback to Key Account Specialist. 

 Make sure that no damage or dirty packets are left on shelves, warehouse and return defected ones to the company with an official customer return paper on weekly basis (where needed) 

 Count and verify the quantity of the returned items in Key Account Warehouses / Outlets to control discrepancies resulting from returns. 

 Arrange Napco items in the warehouse, and be responsible for their good condition and cleanliness.

 Coordinating with the driver for fast delivery  Ensure that company’s products (all sizes & all packing) are present on shelves 

 Implement sales plano-grams and maintain shelves as per shelf rent agreements 

 Ensure correctness in shelf prices 

 Fill up his customer card correctly and/or customer item list (vendor list) when KA will exercise item reorder with section manager and inform KAS accordingly. 

 Perform price fishing when needed 

 Conduct monthly inventory of the POS
