The ideal candidate has 5+ years of motion design, a strong portfolio, solid understanding of animation, design fundamentals, and scalable motion systems, plus comfort with modern tools and AI. We are looking for a

Senior Motion Designer (m/f/d)

What you’ll do

  • Design and produce motion content across a wide range of brand touchpoints, including campaigns, website experiences, and core brand assets
  • Translate concepts, scripts, and brand frameworks into clear, engaging motion storytelling
  • Develop motion graphics and animations that evolve our brand expression while supporting performance and user experience
  • Work hands-on in modern motion and video tools, continuously refining craft, pacing, transitions, and visual consistency
  • Stay up to date with new techniques, formats, and workflows, actively testing and integrating new tools, including AI, to improve quality, speed, and scalability
  • Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and other marketers, iterating based on feedback, insights, and performance data

 

What we’re looking for

  • A degree in design or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in motion design, with a strong portfolio showing concept-to-execution work
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, design fundamentals, and visual storytelling
  • Experience working with design systems and brand guidelines, with the ability to think in scalable motion frameworks
  • Solid understanding of performance-driven content and how motion adapts across channels and touchpoints
  • Confidence working in modern motion and video tools, with curiosity for new technologies and AI
  • A sharp eye for detail, rhythm, and composition
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving, international environment
  • Extra plus: experience contributing to or defining motion guidelines and brand systems.
