Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate Senior Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team, supporting NDIS participants across Central Coast, Tuggerah, Wyong and surrounding areas (depending on where you live). You might find us in childcare centres, schools, aged care facilities, day programs, the community, homes, and/or our clinic space.

  • Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services 
  • Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity to perform ADL’s and IADL’s
  • Provide complex therapeutic interventions
  • Supervise and mentor junior clinicians
  • Collaborate with our wider multidisciplinary team of Speechies, Physio's and BSP's.

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this role you will have:

    • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
    • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
    • A pro-active attitude and interest in continually developing your skills
    • Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists
    • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
