Our South Perth team is growing, and we’re excited to welcome a Senior Occupational Therapist to lead, inspire, and make a real impact.

You will have the opportunity to tailor your caseload to your strengths and interests, with the freedom to work with paediatrics, adults, or a mixed caseload. 

We also have exciting opportunities for FIFO to Geraldton & Port Hedland.

Your Role:

  • Manage a complex caseload working with NDIS participants and their families 
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including external stakeholders 
  • Provide clinical supervision, coaching and guidance to junior Clinicians and students 
  • Attend supervision and CPD training sessions 
  • Contribute to and/or lead projects that improve clinical practice or service delivery

 

    Qualifications

    What You’ll Need to Succeed:

    • Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
    • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    • A proactive, client-centred mindset with a desire to innovate and grow
    • A genuine passion for working in the disability and community sector
    • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
    • An interest in pediatrics, complex needs, or a preferred caseload area (let’s tailor it together!)
