Water Corporation is seeking a motivated Senior Operations Assistant to support the Agricultural East District from Merredin, covering Tammin to Southern Cross and beyond. This hands-on, high-impact role combines administration, stores and inventory management, procurement, and systems support for a 35+ person operation. You’ll manage the Merredin depot, run stocktakes, coordinate goods receipting, issue replenishment packs, handle safety processes and provide operational relief during peak periods, with basic SAP, Maximo, Fieldworks and other systems. The role is based in Merredin and provides support across the Agricultural East District, covering Tammin to Southern Cross, out to Beacon, and down to Corrigin.

About the Role
This position blends administration, operational support, and significant responsibility for store and inventory management.
You will be a central coordination point across procurement, stock control, reporting, systems support, safety processes, and customer service contributing to reliable and efficient operations across Agricultural East.
