You’ll join the Contracts team handling investment-related NDAs and transactional documents, reporting to a US Supervising Attorney and collaborating with US lawyers and AI tools to deliver fast, precise work. You’ll own intake and first-round markup, streamline workflows, manage client portals, and shepherd documents to execution while upholding Carta’s standards. Requirements: 4+ years in transactional or corporate practice, in-house or firm, ability to perform under pressure, strong commercial and legal judgment, clear communication, and a builder mindset; private markets experience is a plus.
