Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst (Systems, Automation & Projects) to join our Melbourne or Sydney team in a hands-on role at the intersection of payroll operations, systems and transformation. The core mission is migrating UK payroll to our global outsourced partner by early 2027, then owning and optimizing post-migration integrations, API connections and data transfers between our HRIS and external providers across UK, US and Germany, while continuing compliant end-to-end payroll for Australia and New Zealand and managing interim UK operations. You will audit, reconcile and control processes, identify automation opportunities and collaborate with Finance, People and external partners to ensure data integrity. To apply, tailor examples of end-to-end payroll, systems change projects, integrations (ideally ADP Payforce), advanced Excel, and a calm, collaborative, results driven mindset; highlight cross-functional teaming. We value diverse backgrounds and provide accommodations on request.
We’re big believers in the power of IRL, so for most roles we ask Campers to work from their local Culture Amp office an average of 2 days a week to unlock connection, pace and culture together.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role sitting at the intersection of payroll operations, systems, and transformation. You will play a key role in supporting our payroll operations today while helping shape how they scale for the future. A core focus of the role will be serving as a key project resource for the migration of our United Kingdom payroll to our global outsourced partner by early 2027.
