Partnering closely with executive and line leaders, this role drives people, capability, and culture initiatives that directly support commercial objectives and long‑term growth of functional areas of the OTR Group. You’ll be instrumental in building a future‑ready workforce through best‑practice talent acquisition, leadership development, workforce planning, and performance frameworks, while championing an outstanding employee experience across corporate teams.
A key focus of the role is fostering cultural consistency across geographically dispersed teams. This includes embedding organisational values, strengthening communication, and equipping leaders to create inclusive, safe, and high‑performing workplaces. You’ll also provide expert guidance on organisational design and change management, ensuring the business remains agile and responsive in a fast‑moving retail environment.
