The Senior People Manager QantasLink is a key and strategic HR leader to the QantasLink business unit. This position drives the people plan, initiatives, programs and supports the business to achieve its operational and strategic goals - specifically across our turboprop and Airbus 220 QantasLink operation. You will lead a team of HR Business Partners and work closely with senior business leaders and internal stakeholders to ensure workforce needs are understood and embedded into HR strategies that enable performance, capability, and engagement.
