We are looking for a data-driven, proactive, and growth-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join the myneva Marketing team. This role will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling paid media programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth across our B2B technology portfolio.
A key focus of this role is deep, hands-on expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) — including advanced audience strategy, conversion tracking, creative testing, algorithm optimization, and scaling high-performing campaigns in a B2B context.You will own our paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and content syndication platforms — ensuring strong pipeline contribution, measurable ROI, and continuous experimentation. In addition, you will bring strong interest and knowledge in AI-driven marketing innovation, helping to automate and improve marketing processes across the team.

Meta Strategy & Ownership (Core Focus)
  • Own and scale myneva’s Meta Ads strategy.
  • Develop advanced audience strategies (retargeting, lookalikes, intent layering, ABM support).
  • Lead creative testing frameworks tailored to Meta’s algorithm.
  • Optimize for pipeline and revenue (not just leads).
  • Ensure advanced conversion tracking, pixel setup, and attribution alignment.
  • Continuously test new Meta formats, placements, and bidding strategies.

Paid Media Strategy & Execution (Multi-Channel)
  • Develop and execute integrated paid strategies across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and B2B content syndication platforms.
  • Plan and scale lead generation campaigns aligned to pipeline target.
  • Manage budgets to maximize ROI and revenue contribution.
  • Continuously optimize targeting, bidding, and landing page performance.
Pipeline & Demand Generation
  • Drive qualified pipeline generation in close alignment with Sales and Marketing leadership.
  • Ensure strong MQL-to-SQL conversion performance.
Channel & Content Intelligence
  • Work closely with the content and campaign team on which formats, messaging, and assets perform best per channel.
  • Continuously test new creative formats and variants.
  • Translate campaign insights into content strategy recommendations.
  • Develop channel playbooks and performance best practices.
AI & Marketing Process Innovation
  • Bring strong interest and practical knowledge of AI applications in marketing.
  • Drive initiatives to automate reporting, audience building, creative testing, and workflow processes.
  • Identify AI-powered opportunities to improve campaign performance and team efficience.
Performance & Reporting
  • Define KPIs tied to pipeline and order entry impact.
  • Own paid media reporting and attribution analysis.
  • Identify growth levers and scaling opportunities.
  • Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Report in to CMO and Growth Manager.

  • 5–8 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or demand generation.
  • Deep, advanced hands-on expertise in Meta Ads (required)
    • Proven success scaling Meta campaigns in a B2B environment.
    • Strong knowledge of audience architecture, tracking, attribution, and creative testing.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and B2B content syndication platforms.
  • Proven track record driving measurable B2B pipeline growth.
  • Experience with HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and interest in AI-driven marketing and automation.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven, growth mindset.
  • Comfortable operating in a scale-up environment.
  • Fluent English, strong knowledge of European Market.
