Mashreq is seeking a Senior Processor in Retail OPS NEO Operations in the United Arab Emirates, onsite. The role supports the Centralized Accounts Management Unit activities including client onboarding and maintenance service requests, delivering accurate work in line with OPM and SOPs. Core duties include processing signature requests with proper controls, validating online trade licenses and MOAs through government portals, and handling cases with 99% accuracy and zero escalations while reviewing original documents against scanned copies. You must meet SLAs, KPIs, regulatory and compliance requirements, conduct root cause analysis of complaints, and ensure timely MI reporting and SOP RCSA updates. Ideal candidates have general banking and online banking product knowledge, strong communication and analytical skills, multitasking ability, a graduation, and proficiency with MIS and presentations.
