Moneybox seeks a Senior Product Designer to join the Core team in London onsite to lead improvements across onboarding and long term wealth building. You’ll own problems end to end, prototype quickly, validate with real users and use data to decide, partner with Product and Engineering, deliver across iOS Android and web, and contribute to the design system. The Core team owns the foundational experiences from onboarding and everyday investing to long-term wealth building. They need to be simple, trustworthy and intuitive, even when the underlying financial products are complex.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead high-impact improvements across these critical experiences in a high-ownership, evolving product environment. You’ll tackle meaningful, ambiguous problems at pace and shape solutions that increase clarity, confidence and long-term engagement. You’ll own impact, not just execution.
What you'll do
- Own high-impact problems from early discovery through launch and measurable outcomes.
- Build clarity and trust by turning intricate financial concepts into simple, intuitive mobile experiences.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define success and drive measurable outcomes.
- Prototype quickly, validate with real users and use data to refine decisions.
- Deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences across native iOS, Android and responsive web.
- Contribute to our design system to ensure consistency at scale.
- Influence beyond your squad, articulate trade-offs clearly and raise the quality bar.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years designing digital products, with strong native mobile experience and knowledge of accessibility standards.
- Experience shipping complex features in financial services, banking, payments or other regulated environments.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, business and customer impact, and visual craft.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities.
- Experience using research, behavioural insight and data to inform decisions.
- High judgement and strong ownership.
- Clear, confident communication across disciplines and levels.
