Improbable is seeking a Senior Product Engineer for a full‑time remote role to accelerate a live high‑performance DEX built to deliver fast, reliable, and fair trade execution. You will work on the core DEX, shaping its execution, performance, and trader experience, and this is about more than code you will own real product decisions from problem to product. The right candidate has built trading platforms or DEXs and can think like a product builder, taking ownership in an early, ambitious team and making sound choices with incomplete information. To apply, highlight concrete outcomes you’ve driven (latency, throughput, UX improvements), show how you partnered across engineering, design, data and security, and demonstrate a clear passion for faster, fairer trading; remote readiness is a plus.

Build a high-performance DEX

We are building a high-performance DEX designed to give traders fast, reliable and fair execution.

The product is live. Now we need an engineer to take it to the next level.

You’re a product builder

  • You may be a founding engineer, an early product engineer or someone who has helped build a trading product from the ground up.

  • What matters is that you have owned real product decisions, shipped complex systems and understand what traders expect from the products they use.

  • You’ll have experience building trading platforms or products. Experience building a DEX would be ideal.

The opportunity

You will work on the core DEX and help shape its execution, performance and trading experience.

This is not a narrow engineering role. We are looking for someone who:

  • Thinks like a product builder

  • Takes ownership from problem to product

  • Makes sound decisions with incomplete information

  • Enjoys working in an early, ambitious team

If you have built trading products and want to help create a faster, fairer DEX, apply!
