Vancity is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Payments to own the strategy and execution of payments capabilities, balancing member needs with regulatory risk and operational excellence. You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and optimization, partnering with technology, operations, risk, compliance and marketing to deliver secure, scalable experiences. The ideal candidate has seven to ten years of product management with deep payments experience and strong knowledge of the Canadian landscape including Interac e-Transfer, Real-Time Rail and open banking, plus a proven track record taking complex money movement products from concept to market. Hybrid work with on-site requirements in Vancouver; Ontario candidates considered. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Payments to join our dynamic product team. This role plays a critical part in delivering modern, reliable, and member-centric payment solutions. You’ll own the strategy and execution for key payments capabilities, balancing member needs, regulatory requirements, risk, and operational excellence.
This is a full-time, permanent role at our head office based in Vancouver. For someone with the right skillset and experience, we are also open to candidates based in Ontario. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands when needed.

The salary band of this role is $102,900 - $ 130,000. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements
