You will lead the design of complex, scalable product solutions for our pharmaceutical processes, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements, business needs, and future growth demands. At the same time, you will actively leverage AI and intelligent automation as key accelerators, shaping how modern technologies enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and unlock new efficiencies across Europe’s largest online pharmacy.

Job Description

About your tasks:

• Design and own complex, end-to-end product solutions that create lean, scalable, and compliant pharmaceutical processes.
• Translate regulatory and operational complexity into clean system designs and structured product architectures.
• Act as the bridge between operations, product, and engineering, driving cross-functional alignment and timely delivery.
• Proactively identify and implement AI-driven enhancements and agent-based solutions to improve workflow orchestration, document generation, and decision support.
• Apply a data-driven and experimental approach to validate solutions, leveraging AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Codex) to prototype, iterate, and scale impactful features.

Qualifications

About you:

• You are a Senior Product Manager with strong experience in designing complex systems and scalable product solutions.
• You bring a data-driven and structured mindset, and enjoy breaking down complexity into clear, effective designs.
• You have hands-on exposure to AI, automation, or intelligent systems, and understand how to apply them pragmatically to real-world problems.
• You are fluent in English and have at least a B2 level in German.
• You are open to regular onsite collaboration with your team based in Cologne and Sevenum.
• Experience in pharma or other regulated industries and affinity for European healthcare markets is a plus.
