Visier is hiring a Senior Platform Product Manager to own the core SaaS platform services enterprise customers rely on, including identity and access management, AI infrastructure, audit trails, data lineage, and observability, with a strong focus on security, governance, and scalability. The role requires deep SaaS platform expertise in IAM, SSO/SAML, SCIM, RBAC/ABAC, API security, and network controls, plus AI tooling know‑how and governance standards (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, ISO 42001, GDPR, SOC 2). You’ll turn complex platform needs into a clear strategy and executable roadmaps, and communicate tradeoffs to non-technical partners. Apply with a resume showing enterprise impact, cross‑functional leadership, and security/governance outcomes; note Vancouver hybrid work.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Platform Product Manager to own the foundational services that make our SaaS platform trustworthy, secure, and scalable — spanning user authentication, access control, AI infrastructure, and observability. Your work will directly determine whether enterprise customers can rely on our platform with confidence, and whether engineering teams can build on it with speed.
You have a deep understanding of SaaS platform fundamentals — not just AI/ML, but the identity, security, and data integrity layers that underpin everything. You turn complex, often invisible platform needs into clear strategy and well-executed delivery. If you're excited by the challenge of building the platform that other products are built on, we encourage you to apply.
AI Infrastructure & Governance
Define and prioritize initiatives across the AI platform layer — model serving pipelines, vector storage, embedding management, and LLM integration patterns. Own the product vision for AI access control, model versioning, audit trails, output attribution, and data lineage — balancing innovation velocity with regulatory compliance including the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO 42001.
AI Scalability & Observability
Ensure the AI platform scales with growing inference demands. Develop and optimize monitoring and alerting covering model drift, hallucination rates, fairness signals, and system health — giving both engineering and business stakeholders timely, actionable intelligence.
Identity, Authentication & Access Management
Own how users authenticate and what they can access — SSO/SAML 2.0 with enterprise identity providers, auto-provisioning, SCIM, session management, and API-driven user administration. You'll ensure our authentication surface meets the security standards of large, complex enterprise organizations.
Permissions, Data Security & Access Control
Define how the platform governs what data users can see and what actions they can take. This spans role-based and attribute-based permission models, data access sets, security filters, and capability controls. You'll own least-privilege frameworks, administrator governance safeguards, and the security audit and reporting capabilities that enterprise customers rely on for compliance.
Network Access & Perimeter Security
Own network-level access controls — trusted IP allowlisting, CIDR-based subnet restrictions, and API access governance — ensuring our platform meets the perimeter security requirements of enterprise security teams.
