👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Senior Product Marketing Manager - Financial Tools (Pre-accounting) at Qonto, you will
Drive Product Adoption & Monetization: Partner with Growth, Pricing, and Product teams to define and execute go-to-market and expansion strategies for our Pre-Accounting product that ensure strong product visibility and usage across key customer segments.• Define Target Segments: Identify and prioritize high-value customer segments, tailoring positioning and go-to-market strategies accordingly. • Craft Product Positioning & Messaging: Conduct customer interviews to translate complex pain points—such as invoicing, receipt collection, and accountant collaboration—into strong, differentiated product messaging.• Own Market & Competitive Insight: Build a strong understanding of competitors and SME needs to shape positioning, pricing, and growth strategy.• Enable Internal Teams: Turn complex product concepts into clear decks, battle cards, and FAQs so Sales, CS, and Growth can confidently sell.• Measure Success & Iterate: Track adoption and revenue, and create feedback loops with Product to refine roadmap and strengthen product–market fit.Navigate a Shifting Strategic Scope: Adapt your strategies as your scope evolves and intersects with other critical programs.

Market/Team Context: You will be joining a highly strategic part of the business with direct influence on product, monetization, and sales. You will have daily/weekly syncs and work hand-in-hand with Sales, Ops, and Product and Growth leadership. • Examples of successful projects we recently worked on: We are continuously expanding our Financial Tools to help thousands of customers prepare their data seamlessly before the accountant steps in, solving major pain points around centralization, structuring, and collaboration workflows. • Tools we use: We embrace AI at Qonto to unlock productivity. You will use data analytics tools to monitor feature usage, CRM tools for enablement, and customer research platforms to gather insights.

Casey brings 15+ years of experience across strategic communications and B2B product marketing, with a strong focus on turning complex financial products into clear, compelling narratives that drive adoption and revenue. She expects from her team a strong focus on real customer insight, sharp positioning, and measurable business impact — which ensure they are seen as strategic partners to Product, Sales, and Leadership. You’ll be challenged to think beyond launches and deliver work that changes how products are understood, sold, and used.
🏅 About You 
Experience: You have a strong track record in B2B SaaS Product Marketing, ideally targeting SME or Enterprise segments. You have an interest in financial workflows and enjoy diving into complex operational problems faced by SMEs and accountants. Experience in Fintech, Spend Management, or Accounting software is a big plus. • Strategic & Commercial Mindset: You have proven experience building and executing Go-to-Market plans, launching new products, and driving sustained feature adoption and monetization. • Customer-Centric Communicator: You can turn customer insights into clear, compelling messaging and enable Sales and CS with practical, high-impact materials.• Ownership & Collaboration: You’re proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and enjoy working cross-functionally to move initiatives forward.• Languages: You are fluent in English; speaking French is a plus.
