In this role, you'll:
You will lead a program of works delivering new wind and solar generation across NSW, supporting the Government’s Climate Change (Net Zero Future) Act 2023.
As the Senior Program Manager, you will plan and manage the operational delivery of oversize and over-mass renewable energy infrastructure into Renewable Energy Zones (REZ).
This includes facilitating the transport of wind turbine towers and blades, transformers, and synchronous condensers.
The role will establish and oversee transport operations and escort functions, managing risks and minimising cumulative impacts to the road network, its users, and local communities during operational delivery.
This is a Fixed Term Contract until 31/12/27. The home office location is 231 Elizabeth and will require ad hoc travel with advanced notice to site locations and our Newcastle office. It is embedded within the team’s established ways of working and supports collaborative delivery. Flexible hybrid work options are available to promote balance and productivity.

• You’ve got solid experience delivering complex infrastructure programs
• You have an expert knowledge of road network operations, transportation logistics and couple with ongoing cumulative impacts to local communities.
• You understand risk, governance, and delivery discipline—you know how to keep things on track.
• You have a proven ability to lead teams and coordinate across multiple stakeholders/agencies.
