In this role, you'll:


You will lead a program of works delivering new wind and solar generation across NSW, supporting the Government’s Climate Change (Net Zero Future) Act 2023.

As the Senior Program Manager, you will ensure an upgraded and integrated transport network that includes the enablement of  safe and timely movement of oversize and over-mass renewable energy infrastructure into Renewable Energy Zones (REZ).

This includes facilitating the transport of wind turbine towers and blades, transformers, and synchronous condensers—while minimising impacts to the road network, its users, and local communities.

You will be responsible for ensuring network readiness, management of the required infrastructure and non-infrastructure porgrams , and facilitating the coordinated delivery across multiple stakeholders.

This is a Fixed Term Contract until 31/12/27. There will be ad hoc travel with advanced notice to site locations. The home office location is 231 Elizabeth Street however regional based candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
 It is embedded within the team’s established ways of working and supports collaborative delivery. Flexible hybrid work options are available to promote balance and productivity.

About you


• You bring a strong track record delivering complex infrastructure  and non-infrastructure programs in dynamic environments.
• Demonstrated knowledge of road infrastructure/networks and their interdependencies with other transport infrastructure such as ports, rail, and bridges, active transport facilities etc.
• Strong experience managing risk, governance, and program delivery
• Proven ability to lead and influence complex stakeholder groups
• Confident operating in ambiguity and aligning diverse interests to deliver outcomes
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
