We are currently seeking a dynamic result-oriented and motivated Sr. Project Mgr to lead a team of professionals that will shape the sales systems and processes which our technicians use everyday. In this role, you’ll work closely with our enablement partners to reimagine how our technicians process sales, support customers and meet our ambitious business outcomes. Based on a strong understanding of our current field team operations and challenges, you’ll prioritize system changes that align to an end-to-end Future Mode of Operations, balancing business, customer and technician outcomes.

What you’ll do
- Overall program management and transformation of the systems, tools and support our technician field teams use – driving service penetration, improving local customer engagement while maintaining productivity and service quality
- You’ll immerse yourself in the technician and customer experience, so that you can uncover short term and long term opportunities, which you’ll assess and prioritize for review with our leadership and stakeholders
- You’ll be continuously consulting and collaborating with our commerce and enablement teams to shape our technician systems and support experience
- In addition, you’ll project manage a roadmap of enablement & improvement initiatives – providing requirements for development teams AND working with our go-to-market primes to rollout changes to field teams and vendors
- Regularly meeting with stakeholders to debrief on successes/opportunities and take action on key gaps and areas of opportunity identified
- Effectively build and manage channel support needs against priorities to ensure optimal impact given limited resources, changing competitive landscape
Qualifications
What you bring
- An in-depth understanding of what’s critical to the sales journey, with a knack for identifying challenges and opportunities
- Experience gathering and prioritizing system and process requirements, collaborating with business system analysts, developers and user groups
- Known for your ability to bring information forward, you are known as a Storyteller who can draw insights from data and make recommendation to senior level audience
- Experience establishing and maintaining cross functional relationships (development teams, marketing, customer experience, technical support)
- Ability to distill complex information into succinct insights & actionable implications to leadership
- Proven analytical/business skills, planning and prioritization competencies
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Demonstrated financial acumen, developing business cases, and managing capital development projects
Great-to-haves
- A University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or other quantitative discipline
- 5 +years of consulting or program management experience
- 3+ years of enabling and or supporting a consumer sales channel
- Familiarity or experience with TELUS consumer products and solutions is an asset
