We’re on the lookout for a client-focused and entrepreneurial Senior Project Manager to join our proactive team. This is a great opportunity to work on impactful projects across Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, and Commercial sectors. What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering projects in line with client expectations, contracts, timelines, and relevant legislation.
  • Leading project teams to ensure strong performance across scope, budget, quality, safety, risk, and procurement.
  • Contributing to tenders, especially around methodology, buildability, risk, and subcontractor input.
  • Supporting senior leaders in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Running and documenting meetings as needed.
  • Making sure systems and procedures are followed to maintain compliance with third-party accreditations.
  • Tracking risks and opportunities and keeping clients informed of key project issues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years within the industry.
  • Ideally University degree qualified, in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture , Planning, Design or Construction. Qualifications in formal project methodologies is desirable.
  • End to end project oversight and delivery - including project planning, budget management, risk management, issue management, personnel management, client management, commercial issue management, testing management. An understanding of the real estate / property industry is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral, ability to converse with all level of staff from senior level management to technical staff.
  • It is essential to be highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Microsoft Project
