ADP is hiring a Senior Project Manager for Enablement Services in Workforce Software, a full time hybrid role based in North Sydney. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in SaaS or enterprise project management, plus experience in partner enablement or managing a global outsourced professional services network, and strong knowledge of HR, Payroll or Workforce Management software with WorkForce Software a plus. Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce and OpenAir matters, along with adaptability and up to 20% travel, hybrid work 3 days in the office. Degree not essential; military experience valued. Position Title : Senior Project Manager (Enablement Services - Workforce Software) 

 

Position Purpose : Empowering the partner community through education, support and collaboration.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution & Delivery – Oversee partner-led implementations, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Issue Resolution – Act as the main point of contact for delivery issues, risks, and escalations.
  • Partner EnablementGuide partners through project onboarding, best practices, and implementation methodologies.
  • Process Improvement – Analyze partner delivery trends and refine processes for better deployments.
  • Stakeholder Communication – Align internal teams, manage expectations, and report on project status.
  • Technical Resource ConnectionEnsure partners access the right technical support at key milestones.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in project management (SaaS, enterprise software, or tech solutions).
  • Experience with partner enablement or managing a global outsourced professional services network.
  • Expertise in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management software (WorkForce Software a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce, OpenAir and project management tools.
  • Adaptable mindset, capable of adjusting to fast-changing project demands.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel up to 20% with the potential for international travel.
  • Associates are expected to work a flexible hybrid model 3 days per week in the office.

Certifications/Qualifications:

A college degree is great but not required. What is more important is having the skills to do the job.
