Strategy is responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous refinement of a comprehensive and future-proof corporate strategy. This role involves close collaboration with top management, acting as the primary sparring partner for long-term decisions.   • Managing and controlling of cross-functional strategic projects and initiatives

  • Developing, structuring, and implementing business and transformation initiatives
  • Preparing decision-making bases for management and steering committees
  • Analyzing market, customer, and business developments to derive strategic recommendations for action

  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Excellent understanding of business administration
  • Experience in preparing management decisions
  • 3-5 years of consulting experience in a strategy consultancy is desirable
  • Confident communication across different hierarchical levels
  • Ability to structure complex topics and bring them to implementation
