In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering property services and land access solutions that support government infrastructure projects across NSW, this role will see you support the Senior Project Manager Property and Project Manager Property with every stage of the project property lifecycle, from project scoping and feasibility assessments through to acquisitions, handovers, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination.
You will contribute to the successful delivery of critical infrastructure projects while developing your expertise in property, project management, and government processes.
You will navigate and coordinate property deliverables, project activities, and stakeholder outcomes in a fast-paced, complex, and delivery-focused environment where competing priorities, customer needs and project deadlines must be carefully balanced.

About you
Your can-do attitude, project coordination, stakeholder engagement and property administration skills, formed across property, infrastructure, construction, transport, land administration, or project delivery environments, will see you excel in supporting the Senior Project Manager Property and Project Manager Property, maintaining critical property information, coordinating property lifecycle activities, and ensuring project outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
You're recognised as a highly organised and collaborative professional, skilled at managing competing priorities, building effective relationships and communicating complex information clearly, with experience in project coordination, property management, land access, infrastructure projects or related operational environments.
Your ability to analyse information, maintain accurate records and contribute to quality project outcomes will enable you to make a meaningful impact on some of NSW's largest infrastructure projects.
