Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Managing the process of developing a Bill of Quantity for design consultant working on a design and build project.

Perform accurate material take-offs and detailed cost calculations for materials, labor, and equipment.

Cost Management & Estimating: Preparing detailed budgets, forecasting costs, and conducting value engineering to ensure financial viability.

Procurement & Tendering: Assisting in tender documents, evaluating bids, and negotiating contracts.
