The role requires a PhD in Organic or Inorganic Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with at least three years’ EUV photoresist experience, plus hands-on proficiency with X-ray diffraction and crystallography, SEM/TEM, AFM, exposure tools (E-beam and KrF), and fabrication equipment such as spin coaters and ellipsometers.
