Visier is hiring a Senior Recruiter in Vancouver to own full-cycle recruitment across Engineering, Product, Design, Operations and Go-to-Market, building proactive pipelines with market mapping, AI-powered tools and strategic outreach while partnering with hiring managers to deliver a top-tier candidate experience aligned to Visier’s culture. You’ll run the coop program, elevate employer branding, track recruiting metrics, and stay ahead of R&D talent trends in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Requirements include 7+ years in-house recruiting, a generalist background across multiple disciplines, and comfort with Greenhouse; strong communication and a startup mindset. Onsite Tue-Thu in Yaletown with Mon and Fri optional remote, pay range $100k-$120k + bonus. Joining as a Senior Recruiter, you’ll own full-cycle hiring and cultivate the talent communities that feed our ongoing search to hire fantastic talent. You’ll partner with hiring managers to make confident hiring decisions while delivering a candidate experience we are proud of, always looking for ways to optimize the process through technology and automation.
Beyond live reqs, you’ll help develop and execute programs across employer branding, pipeline strategy, and hiring effectiveness, raising the bar for how Visier attracts and selects great people.

The expected pay range in Vancouver for this position is $100K - $120K + bonus.
The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
