Joining as a Senior Recruiter, you’ll own full-cycle hiring and cultivate the talent communities that feed our ongoing search to hire fantastic talent. You’ll partner with hiring managers to make confident hiring decisions while delivering a candidate experience we are proud of, always looking for ways to optimize the process through technology and automation. 

Beyond live reqs, you’ll help develop and execute programs across employer branding, pipeline strategy, and hiring effectiveness, raising the bar for how Visier attracts and selects great people.

We’re in the office Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. Our Yaletown space isn’t just where we work, it’s where we connect, learn, and grow together. What You’ll be Doing…

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams.
  • Source top-tier talent using advanced techniques, including market mapping, competitive intelligence, AI-powered tools, and strategic outreach.
  • Build and maintain proactive pipelines for evergreen and high-impact roles, aligned to business needs and future growth. 
  • Manage our coop program.  Work with top universities to attract the best and brightest future grads.
  • Deliver an exceptional, values-aligned candidate experience that reflects Visier’s culture and leaves a lasting impression.
  • Activate Visier’s employer brand through strategic outreach, social media, and authentic engagement across channels.
  • Establish yourself as an R&D recruiting expert by participating in industry groups and continuously expanding your network.
  • Never stop learning. Stay sharp through webinars, peer forums, and ongoing upskilling to bring the best ideas into our recruiting practice.
  • Track recruiting metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive speed, quality, and efficiency in every hire.
  • Adapt to changing market conditions by staying ahead of R&D talent trends and evolving candidate behaviour.

What You’ll Bring to the Table…

  • 7+ years of dedicated Recruiting expertise.  Must have prior experience as an in-house Recruiter, with bonus points for having both agency and in-house experience.
  • Relevant Domain Expertise.  Prior experience supporting a SaaS or Technology business, within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven generalist.  Functional experience sourcing and interviewing across a variety of disciplines, including Engineering, Product, Design, Go to Market and Operations, from entry-level to Director.
  • Polished, adaptable communication style. You tailor your approach to each audience, offering balanced perspectives and building trust through clarity and credibility.
  • High-output mindset. You thrive in a fast-moving environment, balancing speed with quality and a commitment to continuous improvement.

The expected pay range in Vancouver for this position is $100K - $120K + bonus.

The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
